General Terms and Conditions
- To purchase tickets for a group of 15 people or more please call the information and booking number +34 902 306 600 / +34 985 185 860 or email us at reservas@turismoycultura.asturias.es.
- Tickets to visit the Museum to take part in any of the activities it organises can be purchased online from the link below, at the Asturias Tourist Information Centre in Oviedo/Uviéu, at the Museum reception or by calling 985 122 553 every day from 17:00 to 19:00.
- Check our prices prices and opening hours before purchasing your ticket It is the visitors´ responsibility to arrive with sufficient time to visit the museum properly.
- Tickets will only be valid on the indicated date and time.
- No refunds or ticket exchanges will be granted in the event of the client cancelling or not arriving with sufficient time to visit the museum. Changes of date and alterations to the ticket type will likewise not be accepted.
- The Organization reserves the right to change or modify the scheduling of events taking place in the different facilities. In the event of cancellation, the Organization is committed to refund the price of the ticket.
- Visitors must keep their ticket throughout the entire visit.
- For discount or special-rate tickets, visitors must show a certifying document at the entrance. If a certifying document is not presented, the ticket will not be valid.
- Children must always be accompanied by an appropriate adult (except during children´s activities).
- Tickets do not include access to certain complementary activities, such as workshops or temporary exhibitions, which might come at an extra cost.
Important information to visit the Museum
- Tuesday is free entry day.
- The visit to the Museum is free. We provide you with a guidebook in Spanish, English, French and Galician-Asturian. Museum staff provide an overview of the Museum at the entrance and are on hand to help you with your tour and to answer any questions you may have.
- The estimated duration of the visit is one and a half hours. We advise you to enter the Museum in good time so that you can enjoy the visit at your leisure.
- If you have bought a ticket online, please go to the reception desk of the Museum and validate it.
- Photography with and without flash and filming are allowed (except during audio-visual presentations of the museum and guided visits)
- Pets are not allowed inside the Museum. Pets are allowed on the open areas of the site, provided that they can remain on a leash during the visit or that a responsible person is in charge of them.
- Smoking is prohibited and food and drinks are also not allowed indoors.
- Reduced prices will be applied to those who present a ticket for the Museo del Jurásico de Asturias, Parque de la Prehistoria de Teverga Centro de Arte Rupestre Tito Bustillo.
